سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء

جميع منتجات متجر PagePulse كتب رقمية بصيغة PDF، تُسلَّم فوراً بعد تأكيد الدفع عبر رابط تحميل يُرسل إلى البريد الإلكتروني للمشتري ويظهر أيضاً في صفحة حالة الطلب.

حق الإلغاء في المحتوى الرقمي

بإتمام الطلب، يوافق المشتري صراحةً على بدء تسليم المحتوى الرقمي فوراً، ويُقرّ بأن حقه في الإلغاء خلال 14 يوماً يسقط بمجرد بدء التحميل، وفقاً للوائح عقود المستهلكين في المملكة المتحدة لعام 2013.

إذا لم يبدأ التحميل بعد، يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً.

حالات استرداد المبلغ

  • إذا كان الملف تالفاً أو لا يفتح، أو لا يطابق وصف المنتج.
  • إذا لم يصل رابط التحميل وتعذّر علينا حل المشكلة.
  • إذا تم شراء المنتج نفسه مرتين عن طريق الخطأ.

في هذه الحالات نرسل أولاً نسخة سليمة من الملف، وإن تعذّر ذلك نعيد المبلغ كاملاً. لا تؤثر هذه السياسة على الحقوق القانونية للمستهلك بموجب قانون حقوق المستهلك البريطاني لعام 2015.

طريقة طلب الاسترداد

يُرجى مراسلتنا على support@pagepulse.store أو الاتصال على +44 7934 741920 مع رقم الطلب ووصف مختصر للمشكلة. نرد عادةً خلال يومي عمل، ويُعاد المبلغ المعتمد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 يوماً.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products sold by PagePulse are digital books in PDF format. They are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, through a download link sent to your email address and shown on your order status page.

Your right to cancel digital content

By placing an order, you expressly agree that we begin supplying the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has started, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you have not started the download, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

When you are entitled to a refund

  • The file is faulty, will not open, or does not match the product description.
  • The download link did not arrive and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • The same product was bought twice by mistake.

In these cases we will first send you a working copy of the file. If we cannot, we will refund you in full. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@pagepulse.store or call +44 7934 741920 with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
