1. نظرة عامة

2. المنتجات

نبيع كتباً رقمية بصيغة PDF لا تتطلب أي شحن. صور الأغلفة توضيحية للمحتوى الرقمي ولا تعني وجود نسخة مطبوعة. تُعَدّ الكتب بمساعدة أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ثم نراجعها ونحرّرها قبل النشر.

3. الترخيص والاستخدام المسموح

يحصل المشتري على ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الملفات لأغراضه الشخصية فقط. يُمنع إعادة بيع الملفات أو مشاركتها أو نشرها أو رفعها على الإنترنت، كلياً أو جزئياً، دون إذن كتابي منا.

4. الأسعار والدفع

الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه الإسترليني (GBP)، وقد يفرض البنك المُصدر للبطاقة رسوماً على تحويل العملة. تتم معالجة المدفوعات بشكل آمن عبر Shopify وشركاء الدفع، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات البطاقات. يحق لنا تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون أن يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات المؤكدة.

5. التسليم

يُسلَّم المنتج فوراً بعد تأكيد الدفع عبر رابط تحميل يُرسل بالبريد الإلكتروني ويظهر في صفحة حالة الطلب. التفاصيل في سياسة التسليم.

6. الإلغاء والاسترداد

بإتمام الطلب، يوافق المشتري صراحةً على التسليم الفوري للمحتوى الرقمي، ويُقرّ بسقوط حق الإلغاء خلال 14 يوماً بعد بدء التحميل. التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الاسترجاع.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية

المحتوى تعليمي وتثقيفي، ولا يُعد بديلاً عن الاستشارة المهنية الطبية أو المالية أو القانونية. في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسائر غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المحتوى. لا يحدّ أي بند في هذه الشروط من الحقوق القانونية للمستهلك.

8. القانون المطبّق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين اسكتلندا في المملكة المتحدة، مع احتفاظ المستهلك بأي حماية إلزامية يمنحها قانون بلد إقامته.

2. Products

We sell digital books in PDF format. No physical item is shipped. Cover images illustrate the digital content and do not indicate a printed copy. Our books are prepared with the help of AI tools, then reviewed and edited by us before publication.

3. Licence and permitted use

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal purposes. You may not resell, share, publish, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Your card issuer may charge currency conversion fees. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners, and we do not store card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, via a download link sent by email and shown on your order status page. See our Delivery Policy for details.

6. Cancellation and refunds

By placing an order, you expressly agree to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has started. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Disclaimer

Our content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, financial or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of the content. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
